Fennel mixed with apples, carrots and raisins in a deep bowl with olive
oil, then cover and leave to Pitcher. - Sugar mixed with apple juice in a
small bowl and set over medium heat until most of the liquid evaporates
(leaving about 1/4 the amount) then remove and leave to cool slightly. -
Apple cider vinegar is added to the sugar mixture, distributing the

1 fennel, thinly sliced 1 green apple (Loose seeding), sliced 2
grated Islands. 2 tbsp raisins. 1 tbsp olive oil 1 teaspoon sugar. 1/2
